    On February 22, 2012, Guangdong SUNSEA Telecommunications Co., Ltd. Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired a 51% stock equity in Wuhan Guangfu Communication Co., Ltd. The name of Wuhan Guangfu will be changed to Wuhan Sunsea Guangfu Communication Co., Ltd.
